Rosebank Lodge general manager Sam Vaughan stands in the restaurant side of the lodge last Friday as work is done to revamp the area. The lodge is extending its hours to create a new atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mr Vaughan said the team were working on creating an outdoor seating area, an entirely new menu, a cafe and restaurant which included new ideas including antipasto platters, coffee and other offerings in the works. The renovation is due to be finished by September 22.
