

Kaitangata Car Show & Run clocked up another success last Saturday with thousands of spectators admiring 630 paragons of automotive art and engineering. ‘‘We’re so proud of all the vehicle owners, sponsors and supporters and of course the public for turning out in force in the sun and the showers,’’ organiser Louise McLaren said. The fine array of motoring history lined up with live music, boutique food vendors and crowds of nostalgic viewers from far and wide before embarking on a scenic rally through the Beaumont back-country.
