Coming up to the end of the school holidays, local youngsters are making the most of their remaining free time by skating, swinging, sliding and playing in the popular public areas of the district. From Naish Park to the Kaitangata Skate Park, Christmas gifts were put to good use over the summer break to ensure entertainment-filled holidays. As February rolls around, schools will once again reopen and pupils will set out on a new educational year.
