Lawrence Lions members Jock Martin and Jude Gamble work on revamping the outdoor seating area for clients of the Southern River Community Mental Health building in Balclutha.
The Lawrence Lions recently held their 2022 annual golf tournament which raised $5000.
The Lions dedicated the money, along with their time, to renovating the outdoor space of the Clyde St building including painting the walls, weeding and planting.
They also provided a new table, chairs and umbrella and a donated barbecue. Lawrence Lions member Jock Martin said the work being done was for a worthy cause for a facility that served all the Clutha district and communities within.
