A new business has opened to help with all of your flooring needs.
Well-established flooring business owner Tracee and the team are excited to introduce Clutha Flooring to Balclutha.
‘‘We are in Mosgiel and South Dunedin and opened Balclutha Flooring at the end of February.
‘‘I started in the industry around 20 years ago in the Carpet Store in Dunedin and have loved my job ever since,’’ Tracee said.
‘‘Our family-owned and -operated store is all about giving exceptional service to our clients and providing quality flooring options and deals for the district.
‘‘We decided to open a store in Balclutha because we are always in the area and love the positivity of the locals. I feel like people get nicer as you go down south,’’ she said.
‘‘We are looking forward to making connections with locals and encouraging people to come and see us for any flooring needs.
‘‘Our store is smack-bang in the heart of Clutha, and our prices are very competitive.
‘‘We love assisting in accomplishing people’s dreams and goals of flooring.

Clutha Flooring has a range of carpets and floor coverings including wool, nylon, polyester hard flooring, vinyl planking and sheet vinyl.
‘‘For the convenience of our clients we carry an immense amount of stock, and our installers will fit your flooring to a very high standard.
‘‘We also have an overlocking service for carpet mats.’’
The store is open three days a week from 10am to 4.30pm, and will increase days and hours over time.
People are welcome to inquire in store and select the perfect flooring for their home.
The business is in the arcade shop on 1/35 Clyde St in Balclutha.
