Milton legal specialist Kerry Dowling met his crowning glory courtesy of Steve Larkins as Freddy Mercury at the Mercury Rising tribute show at Milton Country Club on Friday, August 19. ‘‘Freddy certainly gave good measure, and made sure everyone had a great night out. It was so good to see so many guests singing, dancing and laughing together at quality entertainment — a good tonic in these Covid times,’’ Milton Area Promotions Manager Kay Partridge said. ‘‘Steve Larkins praised the Milton Country Club as agreat venue and promised to be back in Milton sometime soon.’’ With restrictions reduced, and having proven a post-pandemic demand, Milton Promotions and the Country Club teams said they were looking forward to bringing more shows to the ‘‘Town of Opportunities’’.
