An opportunity has arisen for a Parts Sales Consultant/Service Advisor to join our busy team at Campbells Toyota. We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers.
The role is a frontline role involving assisting clients with parts, accessories and servicing requirements for mainly Toyota, Daihatsu and Holden vehicles, however, we do also service other makes and models.
You are required to provide an exceptional customer experience in line with the Toyota New Zealand Customer First Programme. The role requires commitment and enthusiasm and the successful candidate must have a can-do attitude. You will also have excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality and customer service experience.
Strong computer skills along with excellent attention to detail are also a key part of the role. Toyota has a strong commitment to continuous improvement and as such there will be a training and support programme in place for the successful candidate.
A full driver’s licence is required.
