CHEF/COOK POSITION

    Approx 30+ hours per week

    Weekend work and more during week when functions.

    Duties include: cooking, prep work, cleaning, buffets, customer service, catering, ordering, rosters, costings.

    Previous experience working in a busy kitchen with the ability to be in charge.

    Need to be organised and a team player.

    BAR PERSON POSITION

    Sunday shift 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. approximately
